Six things we won't compromise on.

Fixed scope, fixed price
Nobody likes hourly rates that turn into surprise invoices. We quote upfront, in writing, and we eat the difference if we underestimate.

Month-to-month, always
Social and SEO are monthly. No 12-month contracts, no 60-day notice periods, no claw-back clauses. If we're not earning our keep, you should leave.

You own everything
Code, domain, hosting, social accounts, photos, content — all in your name from day one. We can leave any time and so can you.

Honest 'no' is faster than dishonest 'yes'
If we can't help, we'll say so on the call. If you should fix two things and spend €0 instead of hiring us, we'll say that too.

Reply within 4 hours
During business hours, always. We keep our roster small specifically so this is true. If you message at 23:00, you'll hear back at 09:00, not next Tuesday.
